Important: Dear Customer, please note some key points to remember regarding your payment.
- Please pay your invoice/s before the due date, if you don't pay on time then the next day your service will be suspended.
- After 20 days of non-payment, your service will be terminated.
- Restoration charges will be $25 for each account of hosting after termination.
- VPS & Dedicated Servers will also be suspended on non-payment after the due date.
- VPS & Dedicated Servers account will not be restored after termination and we will not be responsible for any of your data loss.
Please note that if we do not receive a new payment before the due date, we will be forced to suspend and eventually terminate the service/s. Please be sure to make your payment before the due date to avoid any inconvenience.
